Join us for the Bankruptcy Court’s first meeting of its Liaison/Local Rules Committee! Please see the agenda HERE.
What? The Liaison/Local Rules Committee will be comprised of judges, law clerks, and attorneys who regularly meet to discuss issues about court procedures and to propose any changes to the Local Rules and model forms.
Who? Any attorney who wishes to discuss procedural issues with the judges and to propose any changes to the Local Rules and model forms is urged to join.
Why? Participation in the Committee will give participants an opportunity to voice any concerns about court procedures, Local Rules and model forms directly with judges.
When and where? The Committee’s first meeting will take place on December 11, at 11:00 a.m., in Room 190 of the United States Courthouse in Milwaukee.
