Because of expected logistical difficulties resulting from Milwaukee’s hosting of the Republican National Convention, the court will attempt to avoid scheduling hearings the week of July 15, likely not holding hearings with the exceptions of matters that must be heard to comply with statutory deadlines or if there is a showing of cause that requires holding hearings over that period.
